Resources to keep your mental health in check this silly season

The “silly season” can be a time of joy and time spent with loved ones. But for many, especially those that live with Chronic Pain, it can also be a tough time for your mental health.

The constant rush, anxiety and feelings of expectation that come with this time of year can take a toll on us, and it’s more important than ever to look after your mental health and wellbeing. To help, we’ve compiled some self care planning resources and tips for individuals experiencing stress or challenges in the workplace from Black Dog Institute, along with a list of credible organisations endorsed by Chronic Pain Australia.
