nah not much, my neck is not too good today,
iam starting early today with my tabs i dont have to drive anywhere so i can take them early
its not good pain wise
but good we r still here

I know what you meen by pain wise that't one thing that never disappears my pain levels range 7-10 through the day and night no matter what I take but when the spasms start the scale does,nt go high enough and not afraid to admit it brings tears to my eyes, but as you say we are still here, during the day it's a bit easier using distraction techniques but at night is a different story we need a town that never sleeps to keep us occupied :woohoo:

During my night Grappers, Im just not capable of typing, never mind thinking intelligently. So I tend to stay away from the board during the night....no point writing if it doesnt make any sense at all :s

I know what you meen I have to read what I write about 6 times to make any sense of what I have written let alone typo's but I have to do something otherwise I'll go crazy and just laying in bed staring into the black is just to painfull

thanks grappers again.i can't help feeling embarrassed and worst when i vent on this site..i don't like to do that to other people.i was always brought up to be polite to others but that seems to have changed where my family is concerned.thats again grappers.hang in there.

i feel like that there should be a part on this forum where we can check people's stories out as a reminder of what the problem is for them because i don't always know the whole story with some people on this site and my mind has so much crammed into it that i forget sometimes and then i feel embarrassed because i am not always sure as to what to say concerning someone's health issues. :blink:

I was brought up the same way but when I worked in retail as computer technician (have been for over 15 yrs got out because of to much stress after first heart attack) and I got to see the other side of human nature I can not tell you how many times my life was threatened just because a virus was not covered under warrantee, so my outlook on people now has changed

I could say good morning but it is not if you read my post in sleep you will know why, and garfieldrules I won't write in your post but I also get headaches from hormone replacement therapy so it is does affect men as well so you are not alone take big cyber hugs
