I mentioned at the retreat that I was a bit stressed by my Mum who was always saying things that I get upset about and suggesting things that were unrealistic. I now apply the principle of "There's Mum, just being Mum, if I want Mum to be any different then I am going to suffer etc" so I am now enjoying her company and I am no longer reacting to the things she says. She is 85 and I am so fortunate to have her in my life. I will miss her terribly when she passes away so I am making the most of our time together. I gave a her a big hug when I got home from Quest and told her how much I loved her. Thankyou Quest!!!
