Wendles, that is superb news on two fronts....one being physio will help your daily pain and getting back to work.

Please remember to take it as easy as you can, you will more than likely become exhausted quite easily, so please good care and pace, pace and pace even more!

You must be smiling lots today!! 🙂 🙂

Hi
Yes Florrie I havent stopped smiling especially as I was sure they wouldnt find anything and it would the typical "we dont know why you are in pain" I so hate it when you dont know what you are fighting but also when you can tell some think maybe it isnt really that bad. I did get a few coments of " so you really were in a lot of pain" its as if now that they know the reason they can believe me.

Today I go back to work I am feeling a little scared that I wont cope and worried that my pain will embarrass me. But I know that this is silly and I need to do what is best for me and that my work place is a safe friendly place so I shouldnt worry. It'd just the brain doing overtime.lol

Thanx everyone for all the wonderful support, you guys are very special

Hi
Well I made it through my first day back. Everyone was great and my new timetable is good so hopefully it will all go well. Today I am more exhausted then in pain not surprising after 2 months off. But slow and stead will get me there even if it looks like I am on the way to the retirement village 🙂

Glad your day went well, don't be too hard on yourself, it will take time to back into the rhythm, don't push yourself in a hurry to get where you want, listen to your body and know when to take a break.

Don

High to all, you may have noticed me missing action, unavoidable as I am currently layed up in the cardiac ward, after having more heart problems, at his stage don't know when I will be discharged.

So sorry to hear this Don. I hope that you won't have to be there for too long. Keep us posted if and when you can!

All the best,

Mary.
