Thanks to you all for the information. I will look into a few things this week. Im afraid that I will have to ask for a higher dose of end one from the doctor this week to get me through until my ketamine treatment. I have had a hell of a weekend in agony. I wanted to goto the hospital but i am sure they just thing I'm chasing drugs so i will ask for a letter from my doctor. The last time I went there I could tell they were not interested. I have been climbing the walls. Today is a lot better though so I am thankful for that.

I really need to clean my small unit but I just don't have the energy so I might get someone to come and clean for this week to help. I feel stupid for doing this but Ill pay dearly if I get stuck into it. I must say the days to go by where I just don't want to wake up as I am sure many of you out there have the same feelings from time to time. I just want my life back. I will pester the pain clinic I have been referred to at the hospital here on the gold coast and hope they can get me in asap.

I have a strange pain in my groin the past two days and I seem to be going for a pee a lot now too, so I am wondering what else could be wrong will me. Being in tune with my body is great but I know when things are not right. Something else to get the doctor to check this week.
Thanks again everyone for your kind words

David

David, sometimes those fur bunnies have to stay on the floor, before you even attempt to do any house work, put in a plan that suits your pain levels, this is pacing, it is easy to try and get it all done in one go, but then you pay and pay dearly, take small steps one task at a time, and possible only one task a day broken up during the day. I am sure there are some services where you can get help to do housework, each state is different so those who are in your state on the forum may be able to point you in the right direction.
Now this trouble with the water works, don't leave it to your next appointment, could be a number of issues, but it needs to be checked out, if you leave it too long, it could lead to more serious issues, so get on the phone and see if there is an emergency appointment available.

Don

Hi Don and others, thanks for your advice.
I did take my self off to hospital with the groin pain and pee problem. So after 9 hours and some more pain relief that did nothing I went home with a doctors referral. So yesterday I got a psa blood test done and an ultrasound to look for a hernia but nothing found on the ultrasound.

So from here still have my gp appointment on friday and told to go back to a and e if the pain gets worse. The gp upped those of my tar gin yesterday which I was thankful for but today my hands hurt like hell my feet, legs, arms and now my bloody groin. WHat next????

Thanks for all your support I hope to here about when I will be scheduled for the hospital pain clinic in the next few days until then I just have to hang on.
