Xmas is here again
Tonight many people families and friends will be celebrating together this joyous event of the year.
They are the fortunate ones who are able to do so and I wish them well and all the best in their lives.
Many others however are having a different experience with loneliness,sadness and pain in their life,some over along periods and even tonight.
It can be hard to feel a sense of joy and happiness under these circumstances and to join in the happiness of others at his time
To know that others like you are there in spirit and prayers, thinking of you at this time, and wishing that the future holds a better way forward than the trials youve had to bear so far, hopefully will to some extent help you realize that mutual support and friendship goes a long way to reduce the stress of chronic pain and its consequences.
Im sure that all the members of this site ,support and feel that way towards each other,as we are all on a journey of life together no matter the experiences we go through.
I hope in some way you are able to enjoy today in spite of pain
I know what its like to be "Sick and tired of being sick and tired"
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day
