Hi Wendles,
I hope your day gets better 🙂 I too am a migraine sufferer and mine is also from my neck & shouldes so know how you feel 🙁

Mine didn't start too well either with my back & leg pains going through the roof 🙁 I now have to take something stronger which will knock me about and my day will continue to be crappy

Anyway hopefully you find everything inside to fight the fight head on today and hope tomorrow brings a better one for you 🙂

Hugs to you
Jo x

"Just thinkin' about tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow 'til there's none

When I'm stuck with a day that's grey and lonely
I just stick out my chin and grin and say, oh

The sun will come out tomorrow
So you gotta hang on
'til tomorrow, come what may!"

Hey Wendles,

Have you considered alcohol like at least if you wake up with a headache you'd be able to blame the booze
Hehehe

hi johnno
That isnt a bad idea, i would at least see pink elephants and flying pigs. :silly: I havent had even a tickle in over 10 years maybe that is the problem, i need something else to blame for the aches, pains and headaches. 🙂
The morning sun has seen the headache reduced a few notches so I am on the mend and will be ready to take the world on again in a few days. This migraine is a lot harder to budge then usual, once i give myself a neddle and have a sleep for a few hours I can then function (not on full power) with with remaining headache but this time that was not the case. The headache percissed from the night before and i had troubles focussing all day yesterdy and still today.

Gee wiz my pain is a drop in the bucket to your migraine pain at least if I am in a 8+ stage I can go and lay down and remove the weight from my my lower extremes a headache is mind numbing I don't envy anyone who suffers severe migraines .
Saying that my third son suffers migraines brought on by cheese ,chocolate ,oranges, pineapple and red wine he's safe with the red wine but cheese and chocolate etc all contain a particular natural preservative in it and they are practically a young mans staple diet , I know you have tried every avenue to see if any allergy or some such thing causes your migraines but it is such a complex piece of machinery we are in control of .

Hi Johnno
Yes my migraines can be triggered by food allergies too and also chemicals(gas, bleach and many others), light sensitivity, hormone changes, stress, sleeping too much and sleeping not enough. My food allergy is all citrus and liqueur chocolate. I was taken off all chocolate when i was about 12 in a hope that it would stop the migraines so I have never really been a big fan so i dont mind too much about the chocs but i miss mandarins and lemons. Pancakes arent the same without lemon and sugar. 🙁
I hope your son is able to keep his migraines under control.

Hey Wendles,

As he has got older he has been able to monitor what he eats and knows when he has had too much so hopefully he can keep them at bay.
Pity you have such a range that you can't have.
My wife has developed a allergy to all dairy products, all fats/oils,tomatoes(all styles) so our diet has changed she has coconut yoghurt, cheese and spread and milk (no fat) and all other foods when you cook for two it's easy but if the lads and ladies come over well that is a juggle
