Without consulting your doctor, do not discontinue taking Lyrica. You can get headaches, nausea, diarrhea, difficulties sleeping, increased perspiration, or anxiety if you stop taking Lyrica abruptly. If you have epilepsy and suddenly stop using Lyrica, you might experience more seizures. Your doctor will assist you in stopping Lyrica gradually if you and he or she determine that you need to stop taking it.

Hi Juliamary ,

I have edited your post as we are an Australian Forum predominately so what’s good for the states is many times different here I have unfortunately had to remove your first paragraph as it leaves too much innuendo whereby things could be taken the wrong way .

we always reckon to suggest that people talk to their GP, Pain specialist and or their pharmacist.

But thank you for your input and please keep in touch .

Withdrawal from such drugs is followed by withdrawal syndrome. This happens in most cases. Yes, it is unpleasant... 🤨
