Noreen, send me an email with some suggested user names and I will try them out. I'll have to change it for you in the back end of the website.
We have a lot of members, so you might need to send a few different ones, in case someone else is already using it.

I wish the ring (this Chronic Pain) had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened. (Frodo Baggins)
So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide, is what to do with the time that is given to us. (Gandalf the Grey)

Noreen, I had a motorbike accident which damage my back, 2 operations later to repair the damage has left me in a worse state than before, because of nerve damage my back my left side is affected, this is now slowly moving to the right leg, the medicalert bracelet is for a few reasons, one because of a neurostimulator, this warns the hospitals not to conduct any MRI's or anything to do with magnets, secondly I have an intolerance to a lot of drugs, many which are used in the ED at hospitals, if I rocked in unconscious this warns them of my intolerances, thirdly I have also had 2 heart attacks, which requires medication in the form of one blood thinners ( they can't just cut me open, or if I am bleeding they have to try and stop me bleeding out), 2 tablets for cholesterol, another for keeping my heart healthy, and finally a slow release to control angina, which is a result of the 2 heart attacks, I have food allergies, no vitamin D and no Testosterone, both of which require medication, vitamin D from a compound chemist and an injection every 3 weeks for Testosterone, not all is recorded on the tag, so they have to ring to get the full rundown.
To get a medicalert bracelet there are two sorts available one through the internet, which you select what you want displayed, the only cost is the tag, but you are limited to what can be displayed as they don't keep extra records, second type is an organisation here in Australia, this one you get your tag , but any extra information is recorded on their database, a phone call away, it also requires a yearly subscription fee, this is the website of the second one which I joined because of my extended health conditions https://medalr-px.rtrk.com.au/About_Us/FAQ_s
For some reason the HTTPS:// will not display on the front of the web address
Don

Oh my god, just shows no matter how much I complain there's always someone worse!! That is quite a collection of ailments you have there!! Guess I don't need one so, all my complaints are due to the fibro and am not allergic to anything. Have a lot of medical probs in the past, but they shouldn't affect any treatment, think I'll just carry my health folder in with me if I have to be seen!
