You can do it Braddo...you are doing it....tough stuff I know, but you are slowly succeeding. I understand your pain and torment, but you will win...keep going..one foot in front of the other....dig deep....and deeper.

All the best Braddo, take care too 🙂

braddo, i am not sure how long you have been on these meds for but you certainly are trying to come down off notone but 2 different meds quite quickly AND at the same time so if you have been on them for a while i can understand why you are having a tough time but you seem committed so remember that the witdrawal side of things will gradually improve. as for the more acute smell and taste, i have seen that with people coming of meds like valium- perhaps if you use the principles of distraction- flavored gum may help cover any troubling tastes and i don't know what you think of menthol type smells but remember the vicks sinus inhalers- it just menthol in a stick that clears your sinus but it is also such as strong odor that it may help - if not that perhaps you can think of some other perfume/ essential etc you can have on a handkerchief and inhale to try to cover smell sensations- just a thought that might help- i know when i was going through a withdrawal the most annoying thing with repeated yawning and watery eyes- did not last long- a few days but was annoying

wondering if jump of at ten today or Waite or drop to five then jump off pain isn't that bad. It has been way worse
I know you GUYES can't give medical advice. It just helps to put it up. so don't panic I'm just over the WD. And my heart this morning sort of jumped and gurgled then bested really hard and whet back to normal. feels like it's fast but it isn't.

Braddo kidney stones can be very painful in the wrong spot especially if it is trying to makes it's way out and it is too large, these have reduced the manliest man to a blubbering mess trying to pass them out.

Keep up the good work braddo!you were obviously on opiates/benzos for a long time, so it will take time t adjust, just keep going steady, the end is nigh but you mustn't rush it, you've done really well already and should be proud of ya self mate!

Nice one!hope you catch a big un!lol.the first fish on a new rod is always memorable, my first on my new rod was one of them sucker fish that stick to big sharks and gets a free ride, so quite unusual off the jetty and slightly concerning too considering it was nearly a metre long!must be some big sharks about!any way have fun mate, it's a good distraction and a great opportunity to reflect and think about things aswell.

Tom.
