Hi, I’m a new member and just wish to share that after 4 years of migraining 80% of the time and that over several years slowly reduced to 25% of the time, and trying many different things and seeing many different health practitioners, I chanced upon something that a pre-menopausal friend took for heavy menstrual bleeding, I thought after everything I’d tried in the past that didn’t work all that much I would try it. So I took it, it’s Chaste tree, I took a tablet in the morning and night and after the first month my usual menstruatation migraine was about half intensity and after the second month I no longer got one. My stomach feels stronger too as I often had nausea at anytime, and I’m not as fatigued either. I googled Chaste tree after taking it and discovered they do use it to treat hormonal migraines! I feel
like I have my life back. My mother has migraine too, so did both grandmothers. My mother’s only went away at 50 yrs old when she had her uterus out because of heavy clogged menstrual bleeding. However, I’ve been told by drs it’s not a given that migraines go away after surgery and I’m best to wait for after menopause, which is still 10 yrs away. But I’m wrapped that Chaste tree is working. Also, this sounds odd but I ate prickly pear fruit a lot and it’s doing something to my nervous system, I’ve has fms for 25 yrs now and it’s taking some of the pain response edge off it and more resilient. My nervous system doesnt feel like exposed wires anymore, but feel like they are coated. I felt it do something so much that I raided my brother prickly pear tree and juiced with the pulp and seeds 60 Ltrs which I froze and drink around 500 ml a day. The healing journey has been so long and arduous but I’m now seeing hope return. I also googled prickly pear and discovered that Dragon fruit is related cactus and has same properties as Prickly Pear so I bought some freeze dried on line to take on holidays. Hope this info may help someone else. Have an awesome day!
