* My tip for the day is do the exercise even if you don't do it every day make the effort please *
I personally loathe exercise to me exercise is " jump on the bandwagon" " jump to conclusions" etc
I was a member of the RAAF and we had to do a 2.5 k run every year so I would don my shorts ,t- shirts,& sand shoes and just go and do it used to stop halfway to have a smoke and always finish within my time allowed .
I hope all will attempt some sort of exercise today
as long as I wake up alive I'm happy
Because it could be worse
