Hi Pam, just a guess as I can’t confirm but I think the neck has fused fully naturally. The level of neck pain has decreased and so has the limit of movement.

I’ve started back at physio and the 1st visit was “your as bad as I’ve seen for my age” so that’s a worry LOL

I purchased a acupressure massage mat and pillow a week ago and I’ve been using it 3-4 times a day. It’s a mat with lots of sharp discs attached. Like laying on a bed of nails. I can lay on it with bare skin and loving it as it hurts but it’s a nice hurt and actually starts to feel very comfortable after 5-10 minutes, I have fallen asleep on it it’s so relaxing. Even in the short time I’ve used it I’m noticing my neck has more sideways movement.

I forgot to answer the Q about nerve stimulator, No I’ve held off on that, I’m not convinced it’s for me.
