Thanks David,
Water still going under house and over road But going by the wet mark the water has dropped 2inches so still touching house but the waves don’t reach . The police have gone past twice this morning but not enough. So might help.
My daughter lives across the road and she is fine, though they have some serious pot holes , they crack up and the speeding dicks as they can see the holes and cars make a huge bang noise.
Our box trailer has its spare wheel on top of drawbar, so when the waves come in the trailer bobs away, looks quite funny.
I had a couple hours sleep this morning my arm and neck giving me grief so was in recliner again. My hubby got the gas burner out last night so I can have my nice hot cuppas
Hope your doing ok

Yeah I'm going okay just the usual.glad to hear water is dropping.the manning river has dropped a fair bit but the bridge into town has been damaged so have to go right around for a while.
Settle back in the recliner with a culpa sounds good.
My doctors appointment with surgeon has just been cancelled so now I'll have to wait and see when I can get in to see him .
Stay safe and dry

Oh bugger , don’t you hate it when they change your appointment. It’s so frustrating, takes so long to get in and then they change it .
We actually have front steps again lol but we are lucky still have the house nice and dry. Don’t ever try to save your things when they start floating away. I have a bad infection in my toe, even though I had gum boots on, the water was too deep and all sorts of debris gets in, caused a tiny sore that has now taken over my toe, dr said it could have been bad as I had two red lines going up from toe to shin, but antibiotics started to kick in and seems a little better. Lucky I had the appointment for another issue and asked for a antibiotic cream lol.
