Here is a link to a pain management app. that one of our members has tried and found to be very beneficial. You can record all your information and take it with you when you visit your doctor.

I use manage MY Pain Pro an app for Android phones, it gives you graphs, print outs and you can record all your information, customisable fields such as location, other associated symptoms, character, aggravating factors, alleviating factors, timing, severity and notes where you can write a note for that particular day. There is a light version which is free, but does not have all the functions, use it for a trial if you like it just upgrade like I did, here is the link play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lcs.mmp.full&hl=en or www.managinglife.com/
