You may have heard this before but have you looked into doing a multidisciplanery pain management course they may have some ideas on how you could some alternate ways to help you.
The pain train is in the station and for a lot of us it’s hurtling down the track at a rate of knots .
I see a pain physician every six months and have denervation done from L1 to L5 and the SI joints done it gives me a bit of relief .
You could try hydrotherapy it gives you great feeling of weightlessness not knowing where you are I can’t suggest the good old bore baths as the magnesium is amazing .
