Just a bit about me .I've had 4 laminectomys and just undergone L5S1 anterior fusion
3 weeks after that L5 to L2 fusion.
The fusion sites are okay pain 5 out of 10.but the nerve pain has had me on suicide watch by me partner.
The pain specialist has created a drug regime that doesn't seem to do alot.ive tried massage tens machine but nothing eases the pain .I'm getting 2 to 3hrs sleep a day.
I cannot contact the pain specialist because of holiday season and his secretary tells me.to contact gp even though gp sent me to him under the guise he would know more.
Any way if there is anyone out there that can give me.some ideas on how to reduce or live with this pain I am open to anything.
Ps I've tried the cannabis oil and it didn't help either
Thanks David

G’day David, sorry about your pain and situation. I have kept any surgeries at bay for now. I have issues from C2 through to C7 . Most of thoracic is sieved up and lumber is bone on bone. Been going through lots of injections and have an exceptional osteopath who I am book in permanent every 2 weeks, I live with a heat pack on almost 24/7. I know I can’t be fixed but a little relief can give ya head a break. Hopefully someone will chime in with some similar surgeries and offer some strategies to help you cope. Take care, harpy
